Hello I’m Stephanie/Steph! I’ve been in the hair industry for 10 years and have been a suite stylist since 2022. My goal is to create beautiful, lived-in hair in an environment that feels laid-back, calm, and welcoming. Your time in my chair is meant to feel like a pause — a safe, refreshing space where you can relax and leave feeling confident and cared for. I also love helping my clients create a new hair care routine for their hair throughout the seasons. No extra guests please. CANCELLATION POLICY
Policies: No extra guests please. < late arrivals > please let me know if you will be running a few minutes behind. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I will suggest what is achievable with the remaining appointment time or may need to be rescheduled. < cancellations/rescheduling > I understand things come up. I ask that you give me a 48 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Appointments rescheduled or canceled within 48 hours will result in a 50% service fee. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations are charged 100% of the service. New bookings require a new payment. < no shows > If you don’t show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service and will not be able to book any future appointments. All clients require a card on file to ensure your appointments. < adjustments > If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact me directly within 14 days of your visit & I will be happy to correct the issues.
