I have been in the hair industry since I was 17! I specialize in creating dimensional brunettes and lived-in blondes. Whether you come in every 6 weeks or every 12 weeks, I believe your hair should look and grow out beautifully with the right hair care/maintenance. When I’m not in the salon, you can catch me hanging out with my 2 cats and dog, reading a book, or at the gym. Cancellation Policy
cancellations + rescheduling
We understand things come up. We ask that you give us a 48 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. If you must cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, there will be a 50% charge for the services you were scheduled for.
no shows
If you don’t show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service and/or will not be able to book any future appointments. All clients require a card on file to ensure your appointments. Thank you for your understanding.
late arrivals
Please let us know if you will be running a few minutes behind. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your stylist will suggest what is achievable with the remaining appointment time or may need to be rescheduled.
adjustments
If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us directly within 14 days of your visit & we will be happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. We do not offer refunds.
extra guests
In order to provide an excellent and comfortable experience, we do not allow extra guests. There are 2 of us in one shared space and really want to make you feel at home while also allowing us plenty of space to provide all your services.
